Refund policy

There are no refunds or exchanges with any items purchased with A Splash Of Daisy, due to Covid-19, unless you receive the wrong item.  A Splash Of Daisy isn't responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages via transport with the USPS. There's is an $10 dollar fee for a change of address for shipping, if wrong shipping address is given. If the shipping fee isn't collected your order will be refunded minus the shipping fee, if your package has been returned to sender, and you have paid for shipping.

Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at asplashofdaisy@gmail.com if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The item must be unopened and never used, take a picture of the item and send the picture to asplashofdaisy@gmail.com for further investigation regarding the wrong item shipped to you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
